What is the most reliable API to scrape eBay listings and sold prices?

What does a working eBay request look like?

According to ScrapeUnblocker’s eBay plugin documentation, you can filter by condition, listing_type (buy_it_now or auction), min_price, max_price, free_shipping, seller and category, and sort by newly listed, ending soonest or price. Check exactMatches before you use the results: when eBay finds nothing for a keyword it shows loosely related suggestions, and the plugin flags that with exactMatches: false.

How can you track what items actually sell for?

Without completed-sale data, track demand from active listings over time. Run the same search on a schedule and store each listing’s price and sold count by listingId; on a fixed-price listing, a rising sold count at a steady price is a strong signal of what buyers pay. For auctions, sort by ending_soon and record the price and bid count shortly before the end, keeping in mind that the final price can still change. If you need confirmed sale prices, third-party sold-listing tools exist on the Apify Store; test any of them on your own keywords, and note that eBay’s own Buy APIs are for approved partners.
